Otherwise 5,750SF is all you need (unless you find a lot in one of the infill areas with cottage or urban lot options etc., in which case you can go even smaller).

Depending on your market, it might be better to accept a small margin when your calculating a deal as numerous markets are hot and you will end up waiting weeks or months for something to come up.
