What do you use for potential tenant applications?

Hello all, RE investor from VT. under contract to go from 2 to 7 doors! In anticipation/preparation looking for a free resource for potential applicants to fill out an application online and have it submit to me directly through email or something similar.  Currently I have application available on my website but it is PDF form and not submitable unless applicant scans or takes a picture which has been problematic.  What do you use?

Why not look into apartments.com? You can use this platform for apps., screening and leases. We have found it fairly easy to use. They also have a payment feature that works well…..
