New Hampshire lakes region year round STR days/ occupancy rate?

Hi Gang,  Does anyone have any experience/ links to literature of average days rented/ occupancy % on waterfront lakes region properties. Obviously will do well in peak summer season but I am curious as to winter/ off season performance?
