I love the idea of upgrading the windows and doing what you can in order to reduce these noises and for lack of a better answer I would have to say that the location should offset the noise, but let it be known that the house had upgrades to reduce the noise and it was priced with that in mind.  

As for finding the deal, I spent a few months looking at everything that came on the MLS in my area and was getting really frustrated with the apparent lack of any real deals.

There are many good and honest wholesalers, but with every industry, there are also some "bad apples".  

Lack of a good labor pool. 

At best this map is incredibly dated and lacking in any sort nuance that would show an actual intimate knowledge of the areas presented and perhaps provide some relevant & useful analysis.

This is my first DM campaign and its getting me bummed out with the lack of response.  

Check some older case files and determine if a lack of inclusion of real estate info is typical or if files commonly get amended later.When I want to learn something new, I envision writing a book with chapters and research the heck out of it thoroughly. 

I know this because I was one of them.I, like many other newbies, was extremely ambitious, frustrated at my lack of wealth and overly eager to jump into real estate head over heels.

You also need to make sure you are comparing apples to apples.
