Given my knowledge I feel the BRRR strategy makes the most sense for given most of the properties in Detroit are available for very little money.

Coming out of a rut such as a workers comp case has been tough but will do whatever is necessary to accomplish owning properties and living life on my own terms :) Again, thank you for any advice and knowledge. 

It may sound nice to pay a 5% management fee but the extra fees can add up to be more than the other company that charges 10% with no add-on fees.

Please feel free to share knowledge, experiences and advice. 

If you can make a little extra of the financing thats great, but it doesn't make sense to me to include it in the valuation a property.

Hi  everyone, I am a new wholesale investor in the Cedar Rapids area in which I have my first deal in progress and I am wondering if you know of any real estate attorneys with knowledge of wholesaling to create a legal wholesale assignment contract to get my first property under contract?

My point is that there is no REI degree so you will not find an all encompassing knowledge in one degree.

To my knowledge, the apartments at Bonnelle drive have recently been purchased as part of a package deal for several million dollars  as well as Twickingham village( I think, but don't hold me to it).,  Even though these apartments are located near  ( UAH, University of Alabama Huntsville), they have a history of crime and violence recently.
