Hi  everyone, I am a new wholesale investor in the Cedar Rapids area in which I have my first deal in progress and I am wondering if you know of any real estate attorneys with knowledge of wholesaling to create a legal wholesale assignment contract to get my first property under contract? Any help will be great. Thanks.
