I have always dreamed of starting my own business and being financially secure, but never found myself around the right kind of successful people to help point me in the right direction.

My dream living space is building a 500 sq.ft in-laws unit in the backyard and renting out the main house. 

The bright side is that, once we move, we are putting every effort toward getting that Galveston vaca rental we've been dreaming of forever.

If all goes according to plan, we won't even need any extra money in 25 years because we will own a paid off portfolio of properties and we'll probably have more money than we've ever dreamed of.I'm not saying the other options weren't good ones.

We have the same big dreams  and goals, except I like to flip with the times of house prices going up because rentals right now aren't worth the time due to the diminishing cap rates.
