Hi Max,
Welcome to BP! Networking can definitely really accelerate your progress. My advice would be to find out who on BP is active in your area, and reach out to them directly by messaging them, and start posting on the local forum threads. Find out if there's a local meetup for investors and go there to meet local investors in person. I'm sure someone will be happy to help out, especially if you can offer some value to them, such as help with construction or sourcing materials, or a free meal.
What are your goals? Try to put a number on it, e.g. X cashflow per month by year Y, and calculate backwards to find out what you need to do this year to work towards that goal, and this month, and this week. Set yourself measurable goals, such as "I need to take 1 investor out to lunch each week".
Good luck and keep learning! Also if you're not doing this already, listen to the BP Podcast, every episode of it. :)
