Most of the "stuff" one does as a real estate agent is learned afterwards either on the job, training provided by your brokerage, and/or earning Designations or Certifications from NAR.Good luck.

Theres a lot of behind the scenes stuff that you have to do in order to jump start your business.

If you do pay him. tell him he gets NOTHING until he has moved out all of his stuff AND you have inspected the place. 

It'd be my 2nd home with this builder, and I've sent them referrals as well, so they're including a good amount of upgrades etc beyond their normal stuff, and it's a good deal relative to this crazy market.

There are so many things I could say here, but really if your WHY is strong enough, then the small stuff (and big stuff) will not affect you as much and you'll succeed.

While it's never a bad thing to have credentials and be certified in lots of "stuff", I would urge you to ask yourself "Is this going to get me to my goals?".
