Hello Folks

I am new in real estate market and really need your advice . My tenant have not paid recent 2 months for my warehouse. He did not respond  whatever I call or send verified mails until I text him I will get his stuff out. He said he will vacate this week. But there are 6 months remaining in the lease . My lawyer suggest let him go since I have 2 months deposit.I do not know how to do, but I am mad his dishonest.

I'm sorry to hear that happened to your @James Xie, try not to let it get you down and I would probably just listen to your attorney and move on.

In real estate, we need to learn and pivot quickly, so take note of what you learned when you chose this tenant that was not well suited for you and make sure to not make the same mistakes with the next one.

Depending on what your rent is, it might be the cheapest and more importantly, the less stressful path to just get the old one out and a more qualified one in as quickly as possible.

Best of luck
