Hello fellow Cajuns,My wife and I are in town from Louisville and are wanting to pick someone’s brain about the local Airbnb/STR regulations.

Are there any experienced BRRRR investors in the Austin area that would be willing to sit down for coffee/lunch (on me, of course) so I could pick their brain?

I started networking 5 years ago when I was working in the corporate world as an analyst, and here I am now working as a real estate agent and steadily growing my RE portfolio, happy to talk if you need to pick a brain! 

It's been a huge value to me but I'd always like to pick the brain of someone with your experience.  

Hello @Ben HudmanYou can drive around neighborhoods and find off market multi-family homes and create a direct mail campaign.You can reach out to title companies and help generate lists of these properties and create the mail campaign or even hold a meetup to host these owners so you can pick their brain while helping their business plan.You can also investigate other areas that meet your criteria for investing.If you need help with this feel free to reach out and I can walk you through how I research cities.
