There you will find links for "Bank REO Listings" and "REO Asset Managers".Of course, Citi could have this loan guaranteed by some mortgage insurer or gov't enterprise (like Fannie or Freddie or VA or FHA); in this event it could be sold via the channels used by those entities.

That said, it may not be easy and as Jon said, you'll just need to communicate them regularly until it is resolved.The HELOC, who is now in first lien position, doesn't really have an incentive to sign the subordination at this point, UNLESS, they had previously already agreed to do so.
