Every real estate attorney, investor, and realtor that I spoke to said that although there IS the possibility that the lender could invoke the "due on sale" clause for sub2s, no one has actually ever seen it happen as long as the mortgage payments are being made on time.

I checked the chain of title on the property looks like it was never actually purchased by the TK company, rather it was Quit claimed from the old owner to them.
