I saw a post from about a year ago in this forum asking similar, but not much in the way of responses (not even in the way of "I'll send you a PM").

When it is ready, I'll send out links to all 2018 customers to download the pdf version, and then they can decide if they want to buy the hard copy.

@Bradley DavisI actually just spent a good time writing up a good long response of what I would do in my 20s, I'll send you the post because some of it I think would be good for you.I didn't personally house hack, but man I wish I did.

I'll have to check back with him, he suggested earlier that I give the bank a call to inquire about it.

My properties are concentrated around Gravios park, but I'm looking to expand into better class neighborhoods. 

First thing I look at is the very strong potential that I'll have to replace that tenant.
