Hello everyone on BP my name is Bradley and i'm 20 years old, I work full time as an union electrician but recently I decided that I would like to learn how to invest in real estate. I have been listening to podcasts and reading some books. I would like to know what a lot of you guys recommend reading and looking into? I want to take action but I also want to know as much as I can before I do. I was thinking of house hacking with a FHA loan to start with. Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated!

@Bradley Davis

I actually just spent a good time writing up a good long response of what I would do in my 20s, I'll send you the post because some of it I think would be good for you.

I didn't personally house hack, but man I wish I did. I would have been a lot further along if I did. Our first "investment" was our condo out in FL. We are now in escrow for a second and a multiunit out here in Cali.
