They have expressed the desire to move to a bigger and cheaper house a little further out, and were curious about what they can do with their existing property.

From your experience and expertise are there any tips you would have with vetting a company or any initial questions that I should be asking them?

I would say the home is in a c-class to d-class neighborhood, any tips on finding out for sure?

Also, if under contract with a rezoning contingency how do you plan to petition the town planning committee further once under contract?
