I was a mortage broker for over 10 years and had 15 rental properties at one time. Not at this time. My wife and I want to buy and hold some multi family and a mini storage. Keep it simple. lol.

I had 15 rental properties at one time. In 2008 we had some financial problems and had to liquidate everything. Looking forward to the next 10 years!
