Things went OK, but there is a LOT of paperwork to keep straight.

Oh, this straight up happened to us in Greece in 2006.

I've done a few seller financed deals as a buyer, and the paperwork is fairly straight forward. 

I will say that my realtor is not going to cut me out for a couple of extra percent. 

Only so many persons can be packed into any 1 residence, so even with housing costs meeting or exceeding 50% of a person's gross income, it will be paid if that is what the market requires, and a person will make cuts in other spending.

Also with a Realtor you are cutting out 3% of what you can make and this is coming from a Realtor.

I’m managing myself, I have over 20 years experience as a PM so that’s an expense I can cut😊.

I have renters ready to move in mid February at $2,500 they cover all utilities, snow removal, and grass cutting.
