@Richie Thomas Hey thanks so much for the insight. You definitely gave me some new considerations. And you’re right I will need to free my time so I can scout deals, as I plan to grow my portfolio significantly. However, part of my venture will include having my own management company. I want to keep as much of the money as possible in house. Of course that’s much later down the road, but either way I will take your advice and budget for a PM accordingly😊. Thanks again!
