I didn't have a single tenant complain about it.Apartments also lists properties for free and has considerably more traffic than Cozy ever had.

EVERY county is different as far as what is free for unofficial copies (Harris County, mostly) and what is pay-per-view (lots) to SOL for web access (many more).

I have been listening to audio books, podcasts, YouTube and searching the web for ideas and answers to my questions.

The other day I tried to log in and it told me my account had been blocked and removed (I am a quite enjoyer of CI and am certain I did nothing that would warrant a ban from the site) and when I tried again to log in just now it brought me to a very cheap looking page where it asked for my name, address, phone number and email to submit a web form about "something strange with my account" Maybe they were hacked? 

And also plenty of events throughout the year to bring in tourism traffic when local traffic isn't enough.Hunting for SFR personally as well as for clients in the Prescott/Cottonwood/Sedona areas and it has been challenging this year so far, but has been getting better recently.

In NC, each county has its own rules for trailers and unfortunately there is nothing on the web and no specific individual to call.  

Say they do something else, well instead of fining them or threatening eviction, why don't I just use the web filter to block all games, entertainment, explicit content, etc, until they comply.What do you think, are these good ideas or am I just crazy?

There is high traffic in this location and there is Walmart close by and 2 gas stations in close proximity of the lot.

What I would be willing to spend money on is marketable research that doesn't expire...soils report, biological resource report, traffic analysis (just the existing ADT etc and even this could end up out of date), allowable land uses per the zone etc.

Another way to look at it is the other listing might bring traffic to your listing.
