Often after first or second treatment your tenants will stop complaining.

Just look at the milk industry - it's almost all Latinos.

USPAP- Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice- our industry standard does not require a site inspection, building interior or exterior inspection, etc.The appraiser and client set the scope of work per USPAP.

I don't think they could have done 20% as good as my gals... so for us complete opposite of what your talking about.But then again I was backing them.. and they sold hard on who I was and my stature in the industry.. and that is important as well..
