Hello BP!!!

My name is Javier Sanchez, I joined BP about a month ago and became a Pro member about a week ago.  I have been in the insurance industry for the last 14 years and have a young family with two boys under 5 years old. For years, I have wanted to invest in real estate, but I have not done so due to focusing on my career. However, I have decided that 2017 will be the year I start to make my real estate investment dreams come true. To start I am looking to invest in multi-family houses and create cash flow through rent roll. 

My Why-- Simply, my two boys! I want to build a successful real estate business so that I can teach them how to invest on their own when they are ready. Also, i would love to hand down a business to my children so they have a vehicle to move them closer to financial independence.

I am excited to be on BP and look forward to the adventures ahead. If anyone is familiar with the Bridgeport/ Meriden/ Wallingford/ Hartford - CT markets I would love to connect. Also, I welcome any advice from the more experienced members on the forum for someone getting started in real estate investment.
