Has anyone had experience with pest control companies you would highly recommend in Long Beach CA area. I have a kitchen infestation on a rental house that needs attention but not familiar with the process or credibility or pest control companies. Regards, Chad

Way many. Negotiate a price based on 3 quotes. If it is not required for section 1 clearance, you can haggle for a break. Often if you pay right away you get a discount. If it is roaches, or mice get a company that has longer term warranty like 6 months.   Often after first or second treatment your tenants will stop complaining.  Try Craigslist and check Yelp for reviews or compliants.
