I think B is going to be the star performer, followed by A.Property Expense Ratio: Probably looking more in the 40-45% as opposed to 50-55%.I don't factor too much weight to this measurement.

Potentially ruining your reputation with the brokers that bring you the deals because word travels fast and you might get a reputation for being a guy that gets deals under contract, but then not performing. 

Question for you, did you also do the book keeping yourself or did you outsource that task?

Hello fellow BP members,I have been interested in Real Estate for some time now and I have this mindset that pulling my first RE purchase would be a herculean task until I stumbled upon BP.

@Nick Liu if you were to sell, I would recommend doing a 1031 exchange, however, I would always be reluctant to see a performing cash cow that has a long history of success.
