Hello fellow BP members,

I have been interested in Real Estate for some time now and I have this mindset that pulling my first RE purchase would be a herculean task until I stumbled upon BP. I am pretty excited about the people,resources here and would love to make new connections, learn and be of mutual help!

Obviously a newbie to RE investing. I am pursuing my PhD in Biomedical Sciences at University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
