New kid on the block!

Hi, my name is Javier, I'm a traveling nurse and I'm new to real estate investing. One day, while driving 4 hours to visit my family, I stumbled on the BiggerPockets podcast while searching for 'investing' podcasts. Needless to say, I was bitten by the investing bug. I quickly listened to a few and ordered Brandon Turner's book "The Book on Rental Property Investing". Since then, I've bought a few more of Brandon's books as well as other books recommended by some of his guests. Ready to keep learning as I look for my first property purchase and excited to see what happens in my future.

Welcome @Javier Cuevas Santos! I am also new to real estate investing and I love Bigger Pockets! I have learned so much from the podcasts, books, blogs and forums. I've been slowly building the courage to take the leap and invest. I took the first step recently and obtained my real estate license in Minnesota and am now actively looking for my first investment property. Wishing you the best of luck on this new journey!
