When I finish school in 2 years my intention is to do this after I get a solid job, similar to your situation..I'm looking to do this in Bradenton, Florida though, I will keep reading and studying but eventually will pull the trigger when the time is right

Hey.I'm from Miami as well and learned after 6 months of analyzing tons of deals, that on-market straight-up simple cashflowing deals can be challenging to find here in Miami (Can find some in Little Havanna maybe), however depending on the capital you have and the number of units you are interested in, Broward county (Hollywood and above) can be much more solid. 

I own a restoration company that services the greater Raleigh area (including Chapel Hill, Sanford, Fayetteville, Cary, and Apex) and we are getting to the point where I need a solid and eager sales person.

Solid credit can get you in for as little as 10% down. 

I spend hours every day looking for that information in google and I couldn' find anything rock-solid (pun unintended :p) that I could use in my negotiation.Does anyone know where I could find that information ?

Account Closed If you have solid buyers and know what land they are looking to purchase, marketing to the existing owners of land that meets that criteria can be super lucrative. 

It was the only feasible solution to gain enough capital to potentially have a shot at securing a solid cash flowing multi unit rental property and begin a portfolio.

That leaves the low property tax, no income tax, cheap utilities, no weather related expenses, tile roofed, stucco sided, median property age under 20 years, cheap insurance and solid foundations Las Vegas properties with lots of entertainment, very cheap flights and a good quality of life. 

Update: I found a lawyer who stated I had a solid case to bring against the seller.
