I'm Rich Kraemer and I am starting to move further into the real estate waters. I bought my first duplex in 2017 in St. Petersburg, FL and it is still cash flowing nicely! I purchased my second house (Norfolk, VA - single family - rehab project) with intent to live in it and use it as a springboard for future projects!
