I know some do SMS and email blasts but what have you found successful to get realtors' attention to send you deals?

We were planning to sell the property as townhome/condos but ending up selling to a Airbnb short term rental buyer.

If I set aside $8500 for it, and in 10 years have to pay almost $11.5k, I will be short $3k.

I think PR is an amazing long term investment opportunity but you have to be patient.
