Then again I'm from NJ and we have the first or second highest r/e taxes in the US.Anyway, if you can appeal your taxes and wrap it up before you sell, as somebody else stated, its a great selling point, but don't make too big of a deal about it, as it may result in a lower appraised value and make it a challenge for your Buyer to get financing.
