All just food for thought and meant to spur some good ideas I hope!

No one is complaining about "fast food saturation", because everyone wants to eat. 

I'm asking because we have a 3-week-old baby and I lost my main source of income, lost our apartment, I'm relying solely on wholesaling to support my family right now (extended stay hotel, food, etc) and we all know that it can take up to 30 days or more for closing.

I'm hearing any sort of free food is a magnet but I'm not sure.

Broke the handles the kitchen faucet, put Pennie’s in the garbage disposal, food in the fridge, evidence of 2 fires.

but notably the court allowed the other provisions of the Wilmington ordinance to stand", and "The court identified the following ordinance provisions as preserved (not preempted): Restricting whole-house lodging to certain zoning districts; parking requirements (one off-street space per bedroom); prohibition on variances; operation limits and requirements (no large events, maintain insurance, manage trash, no food prep in bedrooms); posted safety information; and other use and safety requirements not preempted."

There are many considerations including would the current land supports more trees or are they better off planted in other less tree-dense areas.
