Hello,

I'm beginning to research tenant community events and what brings the biggest crowd without breaking the bank. I'm hearing any sort of free food is a magnet but I'm not sure.

Does anyone put on events for their tenants, or hear about it from their property managers? If so, what draws them out, and what is a good budget per property size?
