Padmapper is another good website that conglomerates listings to use in your analysis. 

Is it better to have a website domain that is the name of our business, or something more "searchable" such as something like www.ibuymycityhouses.com? 

Also, our location is walking distance to the university, and biking or walking distance to downtown, so location is excellent, except that the neighborhood is still transitional.
