Hello everyone! After a long while off of BiggerPockets im back and I have learned so much since i first became a member... i was an agent for about 3 years then i moved into the mortgage side for about a year before i got into the title side of real estate where i currently work. So along the way I picked up so much useful information. This year i bought my first property and next year i plan to purchase a 4plex. I want to link up with other investors here in SA that are investing in large multi family properties!
