Eric Ursitti Oil to Gas conversion

The numbers look great and it's in a solid location but the one thing I am not familiar with is it uses oil heat (my current multi is gas).Is there a lot more work dealing with tenants and oil heat and are tenants less likely to want to rent units with the added cost of oil and the hastle of having it filled?

One thing I noticed about the upstairs unit is that the only place the oven can go in the kitchen (because of the gas lines) is really pretty close to the sloping roof.

I would live in the front part of the home, and rent out the studio through Airbnb.My problem is that during the home inspection yesterday, the inspectors found radon (a carcinogenic gas) in the basement (levels 4.7) and vermiculite in the attic.

Obviously, it may be difficult/expensive to install plumbing and gas, but it may make sense depending on the location.
