I pay for water bill... they are 2000 dollars behind

My tenants are responsible for the water and the water bills

It’s our agreement

However if they don’t pay it

Township puts LIEN ON ME!! And my property!!!!!!

- Can I turn off the water? They are currently 2k behind.
