@Valery Mora KepleySee if the county can provide you the list in excel so that you can easily sort and filter to get the list to a manageable size.

I have completed my first 2 deals with conventional bank loans at 20% down and I have excellent credit so I get pretty good interest rates.  

As for financing, with an excellent credit score, you should absolutely qualify for an FHA loan, which I intend to go for as well.
