Amortization Schedule / prepayments

Hi- New to the site but been lurking around for a couple of years. Looking to finally make a move! I was seeing if there was an amortization schedule that recalculates prepayments and shows the delta between if it was straight lined vs if you made random prepayments. Interested to see the differential to make better / more informed decisions. Wanted to also thank everyone here that have contributed to the forums , been a huge learning experience with all the discussions and ideas on how to get deals done. Much appreciated . Looking forward to contributing in the near future Danny

@Danny Torres  I googled "mortgage amortization program free download" and there are some you can download if you want to keep track of your prepayments over time and save it.  There are a few you can choose from.
