The vagueness is demonstrating that the completed product meets all of the building code requirements - the original intent of these was of course not habitation so the local agency (LA County in this case) needs to be provided the evidence to approve these as structures meeting building code requirements.

I am of the opinion there is more than one way to skin a cat @Keith ThompsonNot to get too high on my soap box, but I have more freedom than most financial advisors to have that opinion because I don't get paid to sell financial products and my fee is not based on the percentage of your assets I manage.  

I am not looking for a unicorn but rather a reliable, trustworthy turnkey company that can deliver a product in a professional manner. 

I also try to "break" the product before it ships.I work closely with the developers to make sure the code they write does not negatively affect our product in anyway. 

LV is kind of interesting to me because driving around the area I don't always have a clear distinct sense that the area is good or bad unless ofcourse it is just right before your eyes. 

There is a significant amount of diversity in lenders appetites (and products) for multifamily, especially if your loan is less than $1MM.  

In order for any business to survive and thrive, they must provide a superior product in their Marketplace.TK is not for everyone, but it does make sense for a certain type of investor.
