Who are the best Turn key providers in the Country?

I am looking for turn key providers that can be trusted and stand behind their property. I have seen many that purchase, rehab, and sell to investors, But they misrepresent the neighborhood, and the rent prices . Are there any recommendations for trusted providers, or is this a problem through the industry?

I have seen exactly what you are talking about! Some providers will dress up a home in a horrible area thinking they can sell it to out of state investors. Ideally, you want to find ones that operate in good areas. Maybe do research on the cities and see if they check out.
