I called my bank immediately to restrict my accounts.

You can get results before that time frame too, but you need to have a budget plan that will allow you to continue your campaign for 6-12 months.

Super low risk investment, that area has zero motivation to put a bunch of restrictions on STRs.  

Some have restrictions on having tenants and so forth7.
