Question on Income Restricted Apartment
Hello, all!
My wife and I live in a very nice, income-restricted apartment complex. We were able to qualify, as I make just under the maximum income allowed to rent there. (My wife is a full-time student)
My question is this...I'm looking for ways to make more income to help set us up for a dream home a little down the road. However, what gives me pause to do so is that we are in a place that is income-restricted.
How and when will the apartment complex check for my income again to see if we qualify if we want to re-up our lease next spring? I want to earn extra money doing wholesaling, but I'm worried that if I start doing that, in 10 months, we can't live here, even though we weren't quite ready to move out.
