From the pictures I have seen, it appears livable.

Some may exaggerate but most appear to be doing their best. so I won't get into that in this discussion. 

For a newly licensed agent, don't worry as much about appearing sophisticated as finding out if they would be a good fit for you.  

After 6ish months it appears we are finally making headway.While speaking with the bank's Director of Operations earlier, she suggested that I purchase the note instead of the property and then complete the foreclosure on my own.

The online is a monthly subscription (3 options) while the desktop appears to be a one time purchase for the software.

From what I have seen it appears the ONLY thing being built are monster apartment complexes.  

They might not, therefore, appear in an applicant's credit report.

It appears we have very similar design desires.
