My comments are the layman's who has had to do this, and simply the simple steps I used to accomplish the task, but the net of it is, "let a professional do it".Good to understand the framework as an investor/owner, but I sure don't need to concern myself with the nuances, that's what were all building a team for.

I never told anyone about my adventure into this and this is the reason .

I'm a huge Ghost Adventure fan and I saw them investigate this.  

I thought it would be a great adventure, and my wife could be near her family.

Obviously it wasn't paid, but I helped with daily tasks and got to learn the ins and outs of the industry.

It will depend on your confidence level to handle certain tasks. 

I am seriously at the very beginning of this new adventure and excited to talk with anyone about it.  

They tend to distract you from the task at hand and will try to argue with you and say their favorite line: "This place is cleaner than when I moved in!"
