I’ve already done a few projects and I would love to shift my focus to these types of government subsidized installations.The problem I’m seing is that since units run on electricity, the tennants will be responsible for their own heating costs.

The property is zoned for 4 units.

I stick to 1-4 unit multi family due to it being conventional lending, not commercial.

Travel nurses typically want 1/1 and 2/1 and 2/2 units. 3 bedroom and above probably is not going to do well with travel nurses.

The property manager also never sent pictures of the unit or gave me a heads up on any of the expenses to turn the unit, so there is no possible confusion about obtaining consent.I’m interested to hear how others might handle this situation.

Hi,I'm operating a STR turned MTR 1 bedroom basement unit.

Then possibly refinance, and look for 3-4 unit property as my first rental.

I believe it's a great unit for flipping condo's and 2-4 units but unsure how the demand would be for 9 condo units.
