Any Adivce/Do-Nots/Does for Marketting to Divorce Leads?
29 October 2019 | 1 reply
I am not exactly sure how the process of divorce works in detail, which is preventing me from coming up with more specific questions about what to ask for, like:-what to make sure is already done in terms of paperwork-has a lawyer been involved or not (I'm assuming yes, otherwise I won't be getting leads)-how different it is from other types of leads in terms of process and selling the home-etc...Any help from someone who has dealt with recently divorced leads is greatly appreciated.

Why do you charge below-market rents?

. -- whatever);c. the dollar amountper month between what you charge and what the market rate would be,and;d. the percentageamount below market of what you charge compared to market rates. My feeling is thatif we can gather a body of -- ultimately verifiable -- evidence oflandlords charging below market rates, we'd be better able to insiston vacancy decontrol or other measures that would prevent some youngthug stranger from free-loading on your kindness to a good tenantwho'd fallen on hard times, or whatever.
