That too is a hot area, at least that has been my experience.

i agree with what the locals has said (can't @ them on my mobile)I was talking to a few investors, Pittsburgh is now on the map. everyone is coming in. deals are becoming very hard to find. they exist but harder to find.when I first moved here ppl were apprehensive about Lawrenceville. and now its way over hipped and priced. everyone is looking for the new Lawrenceville bc they start to believe that Pittsburgh market is getting hot ;)

Realtor.com is great for a lot of things, but in my market there are some sizzling hot areas that people clamor to live in that show up high on the crime map.

This market is pretty hot to do that at the moment but will it be next spring?

And yes waiting till day time and NIGHT time temps are back up to acceptable and not TOO hot. 

Orlando Florida is hot and booming!!

Rodrigo, while I can't speak in an informed manner about the rest of Florida, the market in Orlando is hot for both rentals and sales.
