Hey BP Investors,

My wife and I have been working with a real estate agent for the past two months here in our area and finding out that she really is not as helpful as we would like. So, we are looking for a real estate agent in the Temecula, Murrieta, Wildomar, Menifee, and Lake Elsinore area that can help us out. We need someone who is knowledgable working with investors and seeking investment properties. If you know of anyone like this or have worked with anyone in particular, please let me know.

@Stephen Walker Maybe if we can get some specifics on what is not working out in your relationship with your agent.  Most agents are not capable of working with investors...however Ive seen enough posts here lately by "investors" complaining about agents, that we have seen the problem really lay on the side of the "investor."  Im not saying that is the case here....but if we knew what was not working for you, then you might not just get a referral to another agent...but maybe advice on how to properly pick the right agent for you.
