Hello Bigger Pockets Family,My client has a portfolio of rentals in Fort Wayne Indiana that he is looking to purchase...What would be the best way to find out the comparable rentals and comparable market value of properties in that area?

Growing up in South Florida, WATER has always been the buzzword: Waterfront, water view, water access...Since the sale, I have been searching the landscape, focused exclusively on the Florida east coastline, from the FL Keys, to Fort Lauderdale, all the way up to Jacksonville Beach. 

All are in the Dallas-Fort Worth Area.Experienced investors, could this mean:1.

I know some people who are working the PG county, Frederick, and Fort Washington markets.

Was just wondering if anyone could offer their opinion on the market viability in the burbs north of Fort Worth TX?

I grew up in Keller (north of Fort Worth) so DFW is my home town. 

I'm assuming since you are in Waxhaw, NC that you are likely looking for Fort Mill and Rock Hill areas (York County)?
