North Tarrant County Market

Was just wondering if anyone could offer their opinion on the market viability in the burbs north of Fort Worth TX? If you're from around here like me then you already know how sought after the Hurst - Euless - Bedford area is. You could probably tell me all about the reasons why too.

I'm hoping to learn more about "the next H-E-B" area around Fort Worth. I've heard from multiple acquaintances in the area that the rental market in the suburbs west of HEB can be pretty lucrative. Any thoughts or locally-based input would be much appreciated! Thanks in advance all!
